Do I need a credit card to start?

What can I do with 1 credit?
Whatever the current credit rules allow — e.g. a certain number of components, a saved project, a download, or a full illustration. The exact rules are shown in your dashboard.
Are my illustrations stored on your servers?
No. Exported SVG, PNG, JPG, and PDF files are generated in your browser and delivered directly to you. We never store them. If you save a project, we store only the editable source (a small JSON file) so you can return to it.
What file formats can I export?
SVG (vector, best for journals), PNG (transparent background), JPG (compressed), and PDF (print-ready). EPS is not supported.
Can I use the icons commercially?
Yes — inside illustrations you create. You may not resell the icon library itself.
How do I pay?
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer are supported as manual methods. Card, PayPal, and SSLCommerz can be enabled. For manual payments, submit your transaction number and our team verifies within hours.
What currencies do you accept?
BDT (৳), USD ($), and EUR (€). Conversion is handled at checkout.
Can I get a refund?
